Tech-Forward, Compassionate Dentist

Dr. Monil Mehta is proud to continue Dr. Abramson’s tradition of providing comprehensive, personalized care while incorporating the latest and greatest dental technology into our dental office. He’s an extremely gentle and kindhearted dentist, and you’ll pick up on that fact right from the moment you first meet him. He aims to make Dentistry on the Ponds a dental office you and your family members can rely on for years or even decades to come!

Dr. Heather J. Conrad

Dr. Heather J. Conrad earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and subsequently obtained her Certificate in Prosthodontics along with a Master of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

Throughout her career in dental education, she has received numerous accolades, including several Faculty of the Year awards from the University of Minnesota, the 2015 American College of Prosthodontists Educator of the Year award, and recognition as a Fellow of the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Leadership Institute in 2016. Dr. Conrad is actively engaged in organized dentistry, serving on the Board of Directors for both ADEA and the American Board of Prosthodontics. Additionally, she has contributed as an advanced education site visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Her commitment to providing high-quality prosthodontic care is particularly evident in her work with patients who have postoperative defects from oral cancer; she received a research grant to investigate how maxillofacial prosthetic rehabilitation affects the oral health-related quality of life for these individuals. Passionate about empowering her patients with knowledge about their oral health, Dr. Conrad is dedicated to delivering compassionate care.

Outside of her professional life, she and her husband are proud parents of teenage twins—a boy and a girl—whom they actively support in their school and hockey activities. The family enjoys traveling, spending summers in Canada and taking winter vacations to warmer destinations.

Ben

Ben enjoys getting to know everyone who comes to see us and then using those relationships to tailor someone’s experience in the dental office. He grew up in Forest Lake and loves interior design and fashion, which he got plenty of while briefly living in San Francisco. He also enjoys playing video games and going to concerts with friends.

Scheduling Coordinator

Julie

Julie loves all of the people she gets to work with, both our patients as well as her fellow team members! Before coming to the dental world, she managed a variety of retail stores as well as a small consignment shop. She and her husband have been married for almost 30 years, and they have three beautiful daughters, one son-in-law, and a cat. Julie is drawn to adventure. In the past, she has bungee jumped, hosted a radio show on a hot air balloon, parasailed, and ziplined!

Callie

Callie says that she truly treasures the relationships she gets to build with her patients, and they make it so much sweeter when she’s able to help someone achieve a gorgeous, healthy smile. She has a wonderful fiancé as well as three dogs and two horses! She likes to barrel race her horses in her spare time, which she has been doing since she was 12.

Monique

Meet Monique! As a skilled and energetic Licensed Dental Assistant, she brings both strength
and heart to the office—literally. When she’s not helping patients feel at ease in the chair, she’s
either lifting weights as a dedicated bodybuilder or chasing around her spirited 6-year-old
daughter. Outside the office, she’s always up for an adventure—whether that means traveling to
new places, discovering hidden local gems, or planning her next trip with her little travel buddy.

Dental Assistant

Cindy

With nearly four decades of experience in dentistry, Cindy’s favorite part of her job is connecting with patients and helping them achieve their dental goals for a healthier smile. She studied at the Medical Institute in Medical and Dental Careers to earn her license as a dental assistant and has worked in various areas of the dental field, such as general dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, and implant dentistry. She’s also certified in CPR and CAN. Outside of the office, Cindy loves spending time with her family and pets. Her hobbies include kayaking, longboarding with her daughter, visiting new restaurants/breweries with her husband, and creating photo albums. One fun fact about her: she’s been riding motorcycles since she was 5 years old!

Dental Hygienist

Emily

Born in Chaska, Emily has been working in the dental field for several years now and counting. She went to St. Catherine’s University before studying at Argosy University to earn her license in dental hygiene. Today, she loves meeting new patients every day while creating positive change in their lives by improving their smiles. She also deeply appreciates her amazing team members and always learning something new. At home, Emily loves being with her husband, their daughter, and their Bernese mountain dog named Bunker. Other than spending time with family and loved ones, she enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, long walks, boating, taking trips up north, and trying new eateries and breweries.

Tara

With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Tara is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized care and preventive education. She believes that building meaningful relationships with patients is one of the most rewarding aspects of her profession and strives to create a comfortable, positive experience for everyone she treats.

Tara is dedicated to empowering patients to take an active role in their oral health and overall well-being. Through compassionate care and patient-focused education, she helps individuals feel informed, confident, and supported in maintaining healthy smiles for life.

Outside the office, Tara enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and making memories with her two daughters. She is grateful for the opportunity to combine her passion for dentistry with a commitment to helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles.

Jeanine Kezar

Jeanine has been dedicated to patient care in the dental field for more than 34 years. She earned her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Duluth Technical College in 1992 and went on to receive her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1994.

Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, Jeanine is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and providing compassionate, personalized care for individuals and families of all ages.

When she’s not in the office, Jeanine enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, gardening, traveling, and making memories with her two daughters, Macie and Josie, along with friends and family.
